Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bricker mobile application and web dashboard (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bricker, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bricker is a construction management platform that helps you track construction expenses, manage materials and labour, and oversee your build project. Features include expense tracking, labour logs, material management, vendor contacts, and document storage.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bricker.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) to vendors or other parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Bricker. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party personal data you enter into the Service is collected and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Payments

Bricker offers a free plan and a one-time paid upgrade. Details of current pricing are available on our website. The one-time fee is charged once and grants lifetime access to the paid features. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bricker and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Bricker is a record-keeping tool — it does not constitute financial, legal, or construction advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bricker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before deleting your account by contacting support@bricker.in.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
