Refund Policy

Free Plan

The Bricker free plan has no charges and therefore no refund eligibility.

One-time Upgrade

If you purchased the Bricker one-time upgrade and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will not be honoured.

To request a refund, contact us at support@bricker.in with your registered email address and order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

In-App Purchases (Google Play)

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy:

  • Google Play:You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through the Play Store app or via Google's support. For purchases older than 48 hours, contact us directly and we will review your request.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
  • Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed
